Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days of work determined by business requirements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Related Experience Requirements:

• None required for entry; however, one (1) year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred.

Learning or adjustment period: approximately 3 months.

Other specific mandatory experience:

• In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.

Technical Skills:

• Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory driver assessment training.
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
