Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading the vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days of work determined based on business requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Professional Accreditation/Certification

• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.

Experience Requirements

• None required; one year of customer-oriented business experience is preferred.
• Training period of approximately 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.

Additional Requirements

• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English.

Technical Skills

• Must meet minimum thresholds on mandatory driver assessment training.
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills
