Join to apply for the Flex Driver-1 role at FedEx Canada.

This is an interview position.

General Summary

Ensure the timely delivery of parcels to predetermined customers on specific routes, review orders before delivery, load and unload the vehicle, and provide exceptional customer service.

Flexible shift opportunities are available (parameters regarding minimum and maximum hours and workdays will be determined based on operational needs).

Training

• Postsecondary diploma or equivalent schooling.
• Valid G license / Class 5 driver’s license.

Experience

• No minimum experience required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarization period: 3 months.

Other Mandatory Experience

• Bilingual in French and English (Quebec only).

Technical Skills

• Pass the driver evaluation before hiring.
• Successfully complete all basic and refresher training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills

• Strong human relations and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
