Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base.

Flexible shift opportunities are available. Min and max hours, as well as days of work, will be determined based on business requirements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Post Secondary: High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Professional accreditation/certification: Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Related Experience: No minimum required; 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Adjustment period: Approximately 3 months.
• Other requirements: In Quebec, bilingual (French and English) is mandatory.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Solid knowledge of relevant areas.
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
