Job description

This is an interview position.

To ensure the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, responsibilities include reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Flexible shift opportunities are available, with minimum and maximum hours and days of work determined based on business requirements.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Post Secondary:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.

Professional accreditation/certification:

• Valid driver’s license or provincial graduated license.

Related Experience Requirements:

• No minimum required; one year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.

Time to learn or adjust: Approximately 3 months.

Other mandatory experience:

• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required.

Technical Skills:

• Solid knowledge of relevant operations.
• Must pass mandatory driver assessment training.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work under pressure.
