Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.
• Review orders prior to delivery.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Maintain flexible shift schedules as required by business needs.
• Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Participate in basic and re‑currency training.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Driver's License: Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• Experience: None required; one (1) year customer‑oriented business experience preferred.
• Bilingual: In Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Training: Must meet minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training and successfully complete all basic and re‑currency training.
• Knowledge: Solid knowledge of FedEx Canada operations is an asset.
• Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, time management and organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
• Learning Curve: Ability to learn/adjust to the job within 3 months.
• Technology: Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment.
