Job summary

Kleysen Group Ltd. in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking two Welders to join our Fleet Repair and Maintenance team. The Welder will perform maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment and work on fabrication projects, using SMAW, GMAW (steel) and GMAW (aluminum).

Full-time, permanent role with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pre-employment drug testing is mandatory and candidates should have own tools or be willing to build a toolbox.

Qualifications

• Experience or pre-employment welding training required.
• Ability to diagnose and perform small repairs on fleet equipment.
• Preference for candidates with trailer/tractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment.
• Fabricate assemblies for use with heavy trailing equipment.
• Utilize SMAW and GMAW welding processes as needed.
