Job description

Our client, a leader in automobile services, is seeking a Fleet Support team member to join their dynamic team. As a Fleet Support team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fleet of shared e-bikes and e-scooters is safe, charged, clean, and in top condition for our Members. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title : Fleet Support

Location : Langford, BC

Pay Range : $18 / hr

Temp to Perm

Shifts : Wednesday to Sunday or Friday to Tuesday

What's the Job?

  • Relocate e-bikes and e-scooters to and from designated parking zones, staging areas, or maintenance locations.
  • Inspect devices and helmets for damage, malfunctions, and cleanliness before and after repositioning.
  • Perform battery swaps on devices and ensure chargers are connected correctly within the workspace.
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer support to Members during field interactions.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while managing inventory of fleet and parts.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, mechanical operations, or automotive-related work.
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions and lift/carry items exceeding 70 lbs.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving record.
