Legacy Dodge Fort McMurray is seeking a self-driven Fleet Service Advisor to join our busy service center. You will schedule service work, explain options to fleet customers, and write work orders for used and new vehicles.

The role emphasizes sales of recommended services, handling invoices, submitting warranty claims, and maintaining records. A valid driver’s license and dealership experience are assets; strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Fleet Service Advisor- Legacy Dodge Fort McMurray

Legacy Dodge Fleet Services Center in Fort McMurray is looking for a self driven & motivated applicant for the position of Fleet Service Advisor to join their growing team! A Fleet Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work and for selling recommended or required services to customers. The Fleet Service Advisor gathers and interprets information from the Service Technicians and advises the customer and fleet companies as required. This unique and one-of-a-kind position also works with our busy internal service center; writing work orders for used vehicles and new vehicle preparation, preparing estimates, submitting warranty claims, and so much more!

Duties

• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Submit estimates and invoices to fleet management companies, including Hollman/ARI, Emkay and Element
• Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers
