Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages in Calgary is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose vehicle issues, and leverage predictive diagnostic software to minimize breakdowns while upholding high safety standards.

We offer full-time hours with overtime opportunities, a wage of $45.70 per hour, health and dental benefits, pension and RRSP matching, and ongoing training with an experienced team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be certified HET / 310T Journeyperson.
• Must have valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience with preventative maintenance on class 6/8 trucks and industrial equipment.
• Must provide own tool set for the work.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Leverage predictive diagnostic software to aid in eliminating vehicle breakdowns.
• Diagnose vehicle failures and perform mechanical repairs and replacements as required.
• Respond to local road calls and/or coordinate service support as necessary.
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner.
