Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of distribution center vehicles, manage parts purchasing, and coordinate with mechanics and drivers in Sherwood Park, AB. The role includes inventory control, monthly reporting, and ensuring safety compliance within the facility.

You will work with the Terminal Manager to plan preventive maintenance, track costs, and support ISO objectives while leveraging SAP, MIR and Oracle systems for efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with SAP, Google Sheets and Excel.
• Knowledge of Purchase Ordering and Supply Chain systems.
• Experience with parts background is preferred.
• Ability to maintain safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Good decision-making and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of vehicles in the distribution center per budget and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance items, parts purchasing, and inventory to support preventive maintenance programs.
• Process incoming parts shipments and organize storage; track warranties and claims.
• Maintain equipment availability records and reconcile work orders in MIR/Oracle.
• Participate in safety meetings and support safety functions at the facility.
