Job summary

McElhanney in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Fleet and Equipment Coordinator to join our team. This role supports surveying, construction, engineering, and warehouse operations, coordinating vehicles and equipment across projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the company vehicle fleet, track equipment location, organize maintenance, purchase new gear, and liaise with the Survey Manager to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High productivity, attention to detail, and a team player.
• Experience with pulling a trailer and loading/unloading ATVs and snowmobiles.
• Experience using Trimble survey equipment and software is an asset.

McElhanney is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Vancouver as Fleet and Equipment Coordinator. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background supporting surveying, construction, engineering, or warehouse and fleet coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Manage company vehicle fleet dealing with tracking and maintenance of on-road and off-road vehicles
• Manage and track equipment location and storage using spreadsheets or other software

What You’ll Bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Experience with pulling a trailer and loading and unloading ATV’s and snowmobiles.
• Experience using Trimble survey equipment and software is an asset.

What Can We Offer You?

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
