Purolator is seeking a Fleet Engineer to help shape and deliver the company’s electrification journey across Canada. Working with Fleet Engineering, EPMO, and regional partners, you’ll lead the assessment, planning, testing, and deployment of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and related fleet technologies.
You will develop business cases, support commissioning and change adoption, and use fleet data to improve safety, reliability, utilization, and cost efficiency.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fleet Engineering, the Fleet Engineer will help shape and deliver Purolator’s transition to a safer, smarter, and more sustainable ground fleet. Working with Fleet Engineering, EPMO, Regional Operations, OEMs, and other partners, this role leads the assessment, planning, testing, and deployment of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and emerging fleet technologies across Canada.
The successful candidate will apply the “Right Vehicle, Right Route” principle to match vehicle capability with route, cargo, facility, lifecycle, and financial requirements; develop business cases and analytical tools; support commissioning, training, and change adoption; and use fleet data to improve safety, reliability, utilization, and cost
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
