What To Expect

As part of the Asset Protection team, you will focus on loss prevention aligned with store and corporate goals, working with staff to ensure objectives are met and operational deficiencies are addressed with effective solutions.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate asset protection initiatives following company standards
• Use store communication systems for asset protection
• Conduct store audits and ensure policy compliance
• Detect and arrest shoplifters, complete documentation
• Implement procedures to reduce shortages
• Generate ideas to improve daily operations
• Approach issues proactively and identify opportunities
• Seek continuous improvement
• Maintain a can-do attitude

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Valid regional security license (Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan exempt)
• Knowledge of retail procedures and civil proceedings is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Availability for overnight alarm responses
