We are currently seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose / Summary of Position :

This role is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Fixed Operations Departments with oversight and management of the Fixed Operations Department leaders including Parts Manager; Service Manager; Body Shop Manager; Quick Lane Manager. This Management role is responsible for ongoing planning and collaboration with other department leaders; executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies; ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies; driving sales and championing the customer experience.

Candidates must possess :

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary Education Preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in Automotive Fixed Operations
