Job summary

lululemon is seeking a hands-on Fixed Assets & Lease Accountant in Vancouver to ensure accurate accounting for capital assets and leases under US GAAP. You will lead month-end closes, perform reconciliations, and support ERP configurations while driving process improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and a CPA designation or near completion, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Hybrid work arrangement, onsite four days weekly.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience and CPA or close to completion.
• Retail industry experience is an asset.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality and initiative.
• Strong financial background and Excel proficiency is required.
• You enjoy creating or improving systems, templates, and reports.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of capital assets and perform US GAAP analyses.
• Perform and review monthly reconciliations related to PPE and depreciation.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end closes with complex fixed-asset and lease accruals.
• Support the business by managing Projects and Fixed Assets modules.
• Configure and enhance ERP, including testing, training and rollout.
• Complete monthly SOX controls and maintain process narratives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within lease and fixed assets accountingScope.
• Ensure accuracy of lease and fixed assets accounts as part of a team.
