Stitch It Canada is seeking a confident and experienced Fitting Specialist/Customer Service to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, assess garment fit, and recommend alterations to ensure comfort and confidence in their clothing.

As part of our team, you will record measurements, communicate clearly with tailors and provide accurate timelines and pricing information.

• Accurately record measurements and alteration instructions to ensure clear communication with the tailoring team.
• Work closely with Tailors/Seamstresses to ensure customer expectations and alteration requirements are clearly understood.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timely service.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of garment fit, clothing construction, and alterations. As a Fitting Specialist, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, assess garment fit, recommend appropriate alterations, and ensure each customer feels comfortable and confident in their clothing.
