Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Calgary Trinity Hills at Olympic Park is seeking a Sales (Fitness Advisor) to recruit new members and understand their health goals, then offer tailored recommendations to help achieve those goals.

As a Fitness Advisor you will build a pipeline, tour potential members around the club, craft a success plan, and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups. Base wage is CAD 17.25 per hour with commissions; expected total compensation CAD 35,800 to 54,000 per year.

• Experience in sales

Responsibilities

• Building a pipeline of potential members using the tools and resources made available to you by GoodLife
• Touring potential members around the club, educating them on how we can support them toward achieving their overall health and fitness goals
• Creating a plan for new member success, leveraging appropriate GoodLife service offerings
• Building and maintaining member relationships through consistent member follow-up
