We are currently establishing a founding team at our new Pure Barre Southlands studio in Aurora, CO, and seek dynamic, confident individuals with a passion for fitness to join us as instructors.

Position:

The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 25 participants through the Pure Barre experience.

Responsibilities:

• Teach a minimum of 5 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare diligently for each class, studying choreography and planning classes beforehand.
• Learn quarterly choreography updates.
• Assist in maintaining the studio's cleanliness.
• Demonstrate exercises such as lifting hand weights, full-body pushups, and maintain high energy during 50-minute classes.

• Musicality — ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music.
• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre (preferred but not required).
• Complete a 4-day training at our corporate centers and prepare for certification, with a minimum one-year teaching commitment before training.
