GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Coach) to drive membership sales and deliver excellent service at the front desk. You will engage with members, assess goals, and guide them through fitness orientations, while representing a brand that emphasizes energy, inclusivity, and community engagement.

You will prospect, build relationships, and coach members on use of club equipment, with a focus on a positive member experience and ongoing growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication abilities are required.
• Willingness to work a variable schedule.
• CPR certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new memberships and close sales.
• Generate leads through events, outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Counsel members on goals and lifestyle changes.
• Schedule appointments and tours for individuals and corporate clients.
• Coach and instruct new members in cardio and weight training.
