Job summary

Job Bank in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, QC is seeking an on-site Fishmonger/Meat Cutter with 2–3 years of experience. You will clean, cut, display and package fish and seafood, while supervising team members and training cutters. This permanent full-time role requires a high school diploma and diligent, organized work habits.

Work is at the physical location with no remote option, in a fast-paced fish store environment. Parking is available; benefits may apply under the collective agreement.

Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fish store or meat/fish preparation.
• Must work at the physical location; no remote option.
• Secondary school graduation certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
• Cut fish into steaks and fillets.

• Train meat cutters.
• Prepare special orders.
