Job summary

UNIPÊCHE MDM LTÉE in Paspébiac, QC is seeking workers for seasonal fish processing roles. Tasks include unloading and transporting fish, operating a forklift, weighing and packing, and maintaining clean work areas. No degree required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels and transport to work area.
• Use forklift to move unloaded products.
• Transport fish to work area and condition/filet for wrapping or freezing.
• Weigh fish or shellfish and record weight; pack with ice.
• Clean machines and work areas to maintain hygiene.
• Measure ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
• Sort fish by species, weight and destination.

• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
• Sort fish according to species, weight and destination
