Job summary

Les Crustacés de Gaspé Ltée is seeking a seasonal seafood handler in Grande-Rivière, QC, to unload and process fish and shellfish. The role requires no prior experience and offers on-the-job training, with 30–60 hours per week.

Work language can be English or French; relocation may be necessary. On-site work entails cold, damp environments, with duties including forklift operation, weighing, and preparing products for wrapping or freezing.

Responsibilities

• Weigh fish and shellfish, record weights and pack on ice.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas.
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines.
• Sort fish by species, weight and destination.
