Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut, clean, and trim fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.
• Scrape scales, cut fish, separate fillets, and remove scrap with a knife.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects; adjust machines as needed.
• Document production data.
• Set up and run machines to can, bag, box, or package fish/seafood.
• Operate machines for cleaning, cutting, cooking, smoking, brining, dehydrating, or processing fish or seafood.
