The Position

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all relevant food items for your station, maintaining production levels and guest expectations, especially in the absence of the Chef de Partie
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Ensure team adherence to expectations and standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Minimum three (3) years of recognized culinary experience in a large kitchen or similar environment, or 2.5 years plus graduation from a recognized culinary program
• Experience in Garde Manger, Hot Kitchen, and Line Cooking
• Ability to train 2nd and 3rd Cooks
• Red Seal certification is an asset and may qualify for a premium rate
