Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and compliant Red Cross First Aid & CPR courses (Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR/AED Levels A, C, HCP).

Adapt instructional methods to suit various learning styles and class sizes.

Ensure all training materials and procedures follow Red Cross guidelines and protocols.

Set up and clean up training spaces; manage equipment and supplies.

Maintain accurate records of attendance and certification.

Communicate effectively with Brighter Staffing coordinators and client contacts.

Requirements:

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to training locations.

Ability to lift and transport training materials (up to 25 lbs).

Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
