Levitt-Safety has exciting opportunities for experienced Field Service Technicians to join our Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems team in Sudbury, ON.

Main Responsibilities

1. Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining vehicle fire suppression systems and other Fire & Life Safety Equipment at various customer sites.
2. Conducting safety inspections and audits, providing suggestions for follow-up and maintenance.
3. Performing site-specific training for owners and end-users.
4. Maintaining and repairing vehicle fire suppression systems across multiple brands (Ansul, Kidde, Fogmaker, Amerex).
5. Maintaining service vehicle, inventory, and tools.
6. Working with the service coordinator to schedule work and manage inventory.
7. Completing health and safety paperwork according to company policies and ISO procedures.
8. Representing Levitt-Safety and ensuring customer safety needs are met.

Qualifications

1. Experience or training with fire protection and suppression systems is a strong asset.
2. Mechanical inclination and eagerness to learn a hands-on technician role.
3. Experience in mechanical shops or with vehicles/motorized equipment is a plus, but not required.
4. Basic electrical knowledge and mechanical skills with power and hand tools.
5. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Comfortable working with technology and mobile devices.

Physical Safety Requirements
