Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry required.
• Field experience with fire alarm systems preferred.
• 3-5 years in Fire, Security, or Nursecall Product Sales or Sales Training.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Establish contacts with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to promote Edwards fire and signalling specifications, and the sale of our products and services.
2. Provide product and quotation support to sales representatives and customer service.
3. Assist with quotations and support existing sales personnel.
4. Be a self-starter comfortable with cold-calling prospective clients and working with the sales team.
5. Evaluate new product opportunities for marketplace introduction.

Qualifications:

1. 2-year Community College diploma in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
3. 2 years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry.
4. Field experience in fire alarm systems and/or sales of fire alarm systems preferred.
5. 3-5 years of experience in Fire, Security, or Nursecall Product Sales, or Sales Training.
6. Knowledge of Edwards fire and signalling products is an asset.
7. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
8. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
