Responsibilities:

1. Define safety and fire protection strategies for infrastructure design projects.
2. Review designs to identify and correct fire and life safety hazards.
3. Coordinate with clients and local authorities to ensure project compliance and meet expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and postgraduate degree in Safety, Fire Engineering, Emergency Management, Mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFPS or CSP are desirable.
• Knowledge of fire safety standards (NFPA) and regulations (OSHA) applicable to infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a construction environment.
• Experience with rail projects is an asset.
