Job summary

Flexera in Canada is seeking a Solution Advisor – FinOps to help customers maximize value from the Flexera FinOps portfolio. You will work with existing customers to understand their business needs and guide them toward operational savings and better cloud governance.

You will collaborate with product, sales, Enablement, and Support teams to propel customer success, create enablement content, and publish resources for customers to reference.

Qualifications

• Experience consulting with customers to optimize cloud spend.
• Experience leading workshops and customer sessions.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product insights for internal teams.
• Experience with FinOps products and cloud-native tools across major clouds.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for a subset of the Flexera FinOps Portfolio (Cloud Cost Optimization, Autonomous Workload Optimization and Data Cloud Optimization).
• Consult with customers to identify opportunities and guide them toward adopting the product.
• Develop best practices and enablement content for customers and publish through appropriate channels.
• Partner with sales, solution engineers, success managers and other teams to enable customer success throughout the journey.
• Engage with product development to provide field insights to product management and engineering.
• Travel up to 20% to meet with customers and attend events.
