A growing software portfolio company is looking for a Finance Systems Specialist to join its cross-regional finance team. This role offers the chance to lead a 9-month ERP implementation and later transition into a system administrator function. About the Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in the implementation of a cloud-based ERP platform across multiple business units. Once implemented, you'll take ownership of the system’s administration and help streamline finance processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate system reporting. You’ll collaborate with finance, IT, and external vendors to drive improvements and enhance functionality across global entities.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and support the full ERP implementation cycle
• Oversee day-to-day system administration post-implementation
• Configure workflows and resolve system-related finance issues
• Support financial close activities by ensuring smooth data integration
• Automate processes across P2P, O2C, and intercompany functions
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on upgrades, testing, and system maintenance
• Train internal finance users and document system processes
• Maintain compliance controls and support audit-related activities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance systems support or implementation
• NetSuite ERP experience (certification preferred), including core finance modules
• End-to-end system implementation experience (up to 3 full cycles)
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• PMP certification or project management experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, improvement-driven approach
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with cross-functional teams
