As a Financial Solutions Consultant, you will be at the heart of our mission.
- Acting as a trusted financial resource for members of group retirement and savings plans by providing personalized financial advice.
- Encouraging early engagement and increased contribution rates so members can fully benefit from employer matching and tax advantages.
- Promoting the consolidation of external assets into group plans to simplify financial management and support asset growth.
- Supporting members approaching retirement by helping them understand their retirement income options.
- Assisting clients during key life events by providing basic financial guidance tailored to their situation.
- Leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to track engagement and identify targeted opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with support teams to ensure operational efficiency and the successful delivery of special projects.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or any other relevant field.
- Has at least two years of experience in financial advisory services, wealth management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Is recognized for the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them accessible to a diverse client base.
- Stands out for strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to build trust and manage a high volume of clients and interactions effectively.
- Is known for autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong team spirit.
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with internal stakeholders and English-speaking clients across Canada via email and phone.
- Fluent in French both oral and written.
