About the Job

At Paper.id, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our frontliners team to offer financial services solutions that cater to the needs of SMB and Enterprise clients. This includes providing credit cards, financing, and expense management products that meet the unique requirements of each client.

This role requires a strong analytical mind and the ability to perform thorough analysis on business processes and financial needs to make informed product recommendations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for increasing sales and disbursement volume by expanding the user base and maintaining a high retention rate while ensuring prudent risk management and compliance practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager or relevant roles in Banking or FinTech
  • Experience in supply chain business analysis and financial needs assessment
  • Knowledge of financial services, especially lending, and ability to make trade-offs
  • Goal-oriented with a self-driven mindset

  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, Partnership, and Strategy teams to offer financial solutions
