Overview

Assist clients by proposing financial solutions to support business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
  • Use MS Office.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed.
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries.
  • Investigate complaints.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
