Job summary

Downtown Toyota in Toronto seeks a seasoned Financial Services Manager to lead the finish line of the guest journey with expert automotive financing. You will bridge guests, sales, and lenders to craft bespoke financial roadmaps while ensuring strict compliance across all disclosures and documents.

As a key leader within Downtown AutoGroup, you will mentor staff, promote high-value products, and drive transparency and trust in every interaction with diverse guests and internal teams alike.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an FSM in a high-volume franchise dealership.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing the final finance journey.
• Deep knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and finance regulations.
• Strong compliance mindset with attention to privacy and truth-in-lending rules.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Architect tailored financing solutions and negotiate terms with lenders.
• Promote high-value services such as GAP insurance and extended warranties.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal, privacy, and lending regulations.
• Oversee preparation of all finance documents from leases to title transfers.
• Cultivate lender relationships to secure favorable terms for customers.
• Collaborate with sales to optimize deal profitability and product offerings.
• Provide transparent financing options and mentor staff on F&I innovations.
• Maintain accurate performance analytics and report on key metrics.

The expected compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 per Year.
