Reporting to the VP of Financial Services, you will be part of our Leadership team leading a group of 10-12 Financial Services Account Executives. You will develop strategies and motivate your team to achieve established sales targets, using sound business practices that align with Western’s sales, service, and management standards. This role is ideal for an experienced Life Insurance Sales Representative looking for the next step in their career progression.
