Live Nation Canada, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead the preparation, review, and analysis of partner financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate close processes, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliations while supporting acquisitions and new entities.

The role requires CPA designation, 7+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on delivering high-quality reporting packages and ensuring internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is required or preferred.
• Seven+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate integration of accounting data for accounting upload companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Review financial results and investigate variances.
• Prepare journal entries and close-related activities.
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and intercompany accounts.
• Support SOX compliance and audits.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management.
