Whatyour day-to-day life as a financial process optimization advisor will looklike:
- Beresponsible for the evolution and optimization of end-to-end financialprocesses;
- Analyzecurrent processes, identify opportunities for improvement and recommendeffective solutions;
- Representbusiness needs with IT teams, integrators and internal partners;
- Define anddocument functional needs and participate in the design, configuration anddeployment of ERP solutions;
- Collaboratewith end-users and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making andproblem-solving;
- Follow upon deliverables and contribute to the coordination of the various projectactivities;
- Supportteams in the evolution of processes and in change management;
- Activelycontribute to the culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

To be afinancial process optimization consultant with us, you must:
- Hold abachelor's degree in finance or accounting;
- Have aminimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;
- Have a goodunderstanding of end-to-end financial processes, including general ledger,accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Experiencein process improvement and optimization;
- Becomfortable defining and documenting functional needs and collaborating withmultidisciplinary teams;
- Demonstratea strong interest in continuous improvement, operational efficiency and processtransformation;
- Experiencein ERP implementation or business transformation (an asset);
- Hold a CPAdesignation (an asset);
- Bebilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing;
- Demonstrateautonomy, rigor, structure and excellent analytical skills;
- Possessstrong communication, collaboration and influence skills;
- Becomfortable supporting stakeholders in a context of change.
