Our Distribution & Sales Support team aims to maximize the success of our distribution partners and clients. As a Financial Planning and Retirement Consultant, you will offer holistic financial planning solutions and identify retirement income options tailored to our clients' needs. You will serve as a subject matter expert on wealth products and support the growth of investment and life product sales.

How you will create impact :
  • Connect with group plan members to retain assets and proactively support their financial planning by consolidating financial assets into retirement plans.
  • Generate new asset or premium business by consulting with inbound clients, assessing their wealth management and investment options.
  • Conduct annual reviews of financial plans, providing illustrations and quotations, and identifying additional asset gathering opportunities.
  • Participate in developing and enhancing wealth management products, staying informed on legislative changes and industry trends.
  • Deliver educational sessions to clients to improve their product knowledge and promote wealth management solutions.

To join our team :
  • Have at least four years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in investment and life product sales.
  • Possess a post-secondary degree in Business or Finance.
  • Hold a Mutual Fund License and Life License Qualified Program (LLQP).
  • Have a Financial Planning designation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of individual, life, and group wealth products, as well as pension regulations.
What you need to know :
  • You will occasionally travel.
  • This role requires high levels of audio and visual concentration in a call centre environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients' personal information.
  • Undergo a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check if selected.

Expected Salary Range: $63,000 to $106,000 CAD

The salary offered will depend on various factors, including market conditions, location, and the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. Employees may also participate in incentive programs that offer additional compensation based on individual and business performance.
