Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Proactively resolving client issues, concerns, and requests.
2. Managing client communications to ensure timely and accurate responses.
3. Preparing and analyzing financial reports and documentation.
4. Conducting market research to support investment strategies.
5. Utilizing the Microsoft Office suite to maintain records, presentations, and reports.
6. Processing new business, including completing and submitting applications.
7. Assisting in the preparation of prospect or client files prior to meetings.
8. Maintaining updated client files and database.
9. Supporting Wealth Advisors in developing financial plans for clients.
10. Tracking client life events and changes.

To qualify, you should possess:

• A Business Administration Diploma or relevant postsecondary degree, or equivalent experience.
• LLQP certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer service orientation with professional interaction skills, both on the phone and face-to-face.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with adaptability to changing priorities.
