Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key expert in financial analysis and reporting. Responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, they will develop and enhance financial and operational reports, tools, and systems. The role also involves providing insights into operational variances and supporting strategic initiatives through strong analytical partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, flash reports, and dashboards for sales, inventory, finance, operations, and senior management
• Act as a strategic partner, driving cross-functional finance and strategy discussions
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support KPI tracking, financial analysis, and performance reporting
• Analyze revenue, costs, and expense trends
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and recommend process improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions and initiatives
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP or enterprise financial systems
• Proven track record of delivering results and driving innovation
