Role Overview: As a Financial Planner, you will develop and deepen client relationships by providing high-quality advice and service within the mass affluent market. Your main focus will be on investment sales, new client acquisition, and establishing business development opportunities in the assigned market area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews for clients, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, using financial planning tools to support clients’ goals.
• Identify client needs through natural curiosity and deliver trusted financial advice regarding investments and retirement planning.
• Proactively craft personalized financial strategies and solutions, demonstrating self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Engage with clients by educating, offering insights, and delivering expert advice to foster strong relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, clients, and partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships, focusing on providing excellent client experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial planning and investment sales preferred.
• Completion or progress towards the IQPF designation within Quebec.
• Accredited mutual funds professional in good standing with CIRO licensing (Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory environment.
• Bilingual in French and English, capable of serving both English and French-speaking clients.
