We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our in our Montreal office!

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for working with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.

Your day as a Client Service Representative

  • Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
  • Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
  • Translate and review documentation.
  • Prepare invoicing instructions.
  • Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
  • Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
  • Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
  • University degree (preferably in business or finance)
  • Up to 2 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage.
  • Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Québec.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
