Area of Interest: Advisory services, Personal banking

As a financial planner, you will play an important role with your clients. Using the 7 fields of financial planning, you will work closely with the team to help and advise your clients in a personalized way to achieve their life goals through the development of their financial plan. Your work will help you develop business relationships, entrepreneurship, advisory skills, and leadership. Join a bank where you will be recognized and can make a positive impact!

Your role
  1. Develop personalized financial plans that meet your clients' needs and objectives.
  2. Identify clients' investment and financing needs to offer the best financial planning solutions.
  3. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase new clients and grow existing portfolios.
  4. Stay updated on changing customer needs to offer tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
  5. Ensure adherence to quality service standards, operational procedures, compliance, and risk management rules.

Basic requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent recognized by the IQPF) and relevant experience in business development within financial advisory services.
  2. Diploma from the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF) or in the process of obtaining it within the next 12 months.
  3. Experience in portfolio management with a focus on business development to achieve growth.
  4. Good team player with a collaborative spirit.
