Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Identify clients' financial goals, provide reviews, and build long-term relationships through expertise and ongoing service.
  2. Conduct reporting and analysis to inform recommendations and assess program effectiveness.
  3. Contribute to team goals, enhance customer service, and improve efficiency.
  4. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  5. Provide mentorship and support to team members.
  6. Maintain a culture of risk management and control.
  7. Participate actively as a team member to foster a positive work environment.
Educational Requirements
  • University Degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years in financial services managing client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher) required before start date.
  • Complete Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within 90 days.
  • CIRO Registered Representative (RR) license within 90 days.
  • Complete Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within 30 months.
  • Achieve CFP designation within 3 years, with eligibility based on education or qualifying work experience.
