Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking a finance-focused professional to ensure prompt and precise application of incoming funds to client trust accounts. You will also follow up on unrecovered receivables and analyze funds for adequacy to protect liquidity.

You will assist with the payment release process to help meet KPIs and perform other financial tasks as required in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or College diploma in an Accounting or related program
• Minimum 1-3 years' of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel; ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivering results with clarity and accuracy
• Results-oriented while maintaining a high regard for thoroughness and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet immediate needs of the team or customers
• Ability to adapt to an evolving environment where analytical skills are needed to problem solve
