Job Description
Mission

Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Accounting and Sector Partnerships, you will join a growing organization with a passionate Finance team. Your role will involve contributing to the development of the sector's financial and operational performance through timely analysis and recommendations. You will supervise a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to ensure financial growth.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate change management for the ERP and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to financial analysis of contracts and results.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing results to budgets and KPIs.
  • Develop and lead monthly financial presentations and organize risk assessment meetings.
  • Manage departmental budgets and quarterly projections with managers.
  • Lead a team of project analysts and accountants.
  • Review project finances to support financial success.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with auditors and other controllers to develop processes and standards.
Qualifications
  • University degree in accounting; CPA designation is an asset.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in team management.
  • Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial literacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
