We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Financial Controller to join our client’s dynamic film production team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the film industry and a proven track record in financial management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities, including cash flow management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth.
  • Collaborate with production teams to manage budgets, track expenses, and provide financial guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
