  • Provide financial perspective on operational decisions, business initiatives and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Build credibility with stakeholders through sound judgment, clear communication and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting processes across multiple entities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial statements and consolidated reporting.
  • Manage complex accounting matters, including intercompany transactions and applicable IFRS requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls, accounting policies and financial governance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, timeliness and usefulness of financial information.
  • Contribute to the development of more efficient reporting processes, systems and internal controls.
  • Participate in finance-related projects and initiatives as the organization evolves.
  • Lead and develop a small team of accounting and finance professionals.
  • Establish clear expectations, priorities and accountability.
  • Maintain a hands-on understanding of the financial operations while progressively strengthening team capabilities.
The Profile
