Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is eager to take ownership of end-to-end accounting and financial leadership for this growing, international business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is more than a numbers role—you’ll be a hands-on leader, a problem-solver, and a key contributor to our strategic direction.

What You’ll Do :

• Own all core accounting functions : AR / AP, GL, reconciliations, and monthly / year-end close
• Deliver accurate, compliant financial reporting under IFRS and regulatory frameworks
• Lead cash flow planning, cost accounting, and inventory tracking
• Oversee tax filings and liaise with CRA, and external auditors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align financial and regulatory goals
• Implement ERP and automation tools to enhance scalability and control
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty finance team!

What You Bring :

• CPA designation (or in progress), with 7+ years in finance + leadership
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work with colleagues internationally
• Deep understanding of IFRS / US GAAP, cost accounting, and audit readiness
• Experience in product-driven environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, FMCG)
• High-level Excel and ERP proficiency
• Strategic mindset with a passion for improving systems and developing people
